It is unlikely that a code or other unlocking service UnlockSamsung.co.uk supplies will fail to unlock a customer's handset. Should this occur, UnlockSamsung.co.uk will request confirmation that the information provided at the time of the order is completely correct and accurate.
Should the information be confirmed as correct by the customer, UnlockSamsung.co.uk reserves the right to request further evidence that the phone in question has not been unlocked and that the information provided is correct.
This should include:
Video evidence (not photographic) of the phone in question, complete with images of the IMEI number located on the sticker under the battery, the IMEI number reported on screen by the phone, and the customer inserting an alternative SIM card and the subsequent message on screen when the phone is switched on.
The customer may be asked to supply UnlockSamsung.co.uk with the actual handset in question for verification purposes. While this is a highly unlikely situation, it may be the only method of sorting out the problem so we ask your cooperation. Due to the digital nature of the services provided, this may be the only way to determine whether or not the handset has in fact been unlocked and whether or not the customer's claims are valid.
Order cancellations will only be considered if the order in question has not yet been processed.
Unlock services that are supplied by UnlockSamsung.co.uk are not eligible for a refund should the handset be barred or blacklisted.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
